This site is a tribute to Peter Angus Thirkettle, of Ganarew Farm.
Peter passed away on Wednesday 7th February 2024, aged 93 years. A much loved Husband of the late Ruth, dearly loved Father of Jane & Peter and Owen & Laura, loving Grandad of Megan & Tom and devoted Great-Grandad of Evie & Burt. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

My only memory living on the other side of the country was stopping off on the way from hols and learning new words while Peter attended to his cows
